Corporal Eldridge was a patient at Beechland House in 1916.  His entry in Nurse Oliver’s comprises a pen illustration of two pigs, underneath which he has written:

There is too little information contained in his album entry and too many Eldridge possibilities on census returns, the civil registration birth indices and National Archives’ medal cards to provide a positive match for this man.
